MESA - Jan. 14, 2016 - ASU Now - EcoCar3 - Corey Page, a junior in Automotive Systems Engineering, polishes the new white 2016 Chevrolet Camaro before its unveiling for the EcoCar3 challenge, in the Simulation Building on the Polytechnic campus, on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2016. GM donated that car, with the challenge to turn it into an environmentally clean, high-performance vehicle that consumers will want. The car and batteries were donated, and the new 2.4 liter 4-cylinder engine, 8-speed automatic transmission and other parts, were purchased with donations from donors.
