PHOENIX - March 2, 2020 - ASU Now - Phx Dorm Groundbreaking - The new ASU Downtown Residence Hall and Entrepreneurship Center, the University' largest building downtown, is already under construction by the Capstone Development Partnership, Monday, March 2, 2020. Opening in the fall of 2021, the project will be 16 floors of living and learning space. The center will provide studio, two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartment style units for graduate and undergraduate students. The first three floors will accommodate academic and entrepreneurial space for Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts and Entrepreneurship + Innovation.
