Minu Ipe is the Managing Director and Vice Chair of the University Design Institute (UDI) at Arizona State University. At UDI, Ipe brings her expertise in organizational design, leadership and culture to partner with higher education leaders to co-design solutions that enable universities to be more relevant, successful and sustainable. She manages UDI’s global engagements with 66 universities in 20 countries to advance innovative designs across these institutions. As an advisor to ASU President Michael Crow, Ipe leads large-scale design initiatives that strengthen the University’s capacity for innovation and long-term impact. They include the redesign and transformation of academic units, university-wide leadership development and multiple efforts to strengthen a culture of innovation. Ipe’s track record includes initiatives at the intersection of business and academia, academic program leadership, and four years as ASU’s Knowledge Enterprise Architect.
