TEMPE - Apr. 29, 2019 - ASU Now - ASU-Roden Showcase - Digital Culture senior Sophia Burgess, creates a seed bomb with seeds from 19 native annuals and perennials, that she'll toss in a special location during monsoon season, at the ASU-Roden Crater Field Labs Showcase in Marston Exploration Theater in ISTB-4, Monday, April 29, 2019. "Sowing Native Seed Bombs' is part of a project put on by Ceramics graduate student Brandi Lee Cooper. The Showcase featured students showing their explorations of light, sound and land in the Southwest, as well as a dialogue between artist of light James Turrell and his Pomona College classmate Ed Krupp, long-time director of the Griffith Observatory.
