ASU Now - Conservationist Andrew Smith

Download

TEMPE - July 1, 2016 - ASU Now - Conservationist Andrew Smith - Life Sciences professor Andrew Smith is preparing to retire from the job he's held since 1978, but is hoping that ASU won't kick him out of his office space quite yet. Smith started the school's Conservation Biology program, the country's first, and is leading the fight to save China's pika from being eradicated by the government. He sits in the same office he's had for 38 years, on Friday, July 1, 2016. Photo by Charlie Leight/ASU Now
