Former Phoenix Suns player Neal Walk speaks to students on the topic of “Sports and Disability” to kickoff the 2010 Humanities Lecture Series at the AE England Building in downtown Phoenix on Sept. 2, 2010. Following his NBA career, Walk returned to Phoenix in l985, and underwent a series of surgeries to remove a tumor from his spinal cord. He was left confined to a wheelchair, but his courage and determination enabled him to continue working with the Suns in the archive services department. (Tom Story/Arizona State University)
