ASU students in the College of Integrative Sciences and the Arts traveled to the Dominican Republic over spring break to participate in the Taste of the Peace Corps class. Students visit a current Peace Corps volunteer site and work alongside community members in rural areas on development projects including building a bottle school out of recycled materials, assisting with a pop-up health clinic and teaching a lesson at a local school and topped off with a visit to Dudu Ecological Park.
