EnKoat is an ASU spin-off company founded by Arora and Aguayo under the guidance of Professor Neithalath. At the same time, they worked on their doctoral programs in structural and materials engineering. They are partnering with SRP to measure and analyze the heat differences between roofing areas with their “IntelliKoat” coatings and those without. IntelliKoat™ is EnKoat's proprietary blend of thermal regulating additives specifically designed to achieve maximum thermal regulating performance while adding sealant and durability to prolong the life of flat roofs.
