Ruben Trujillo and his online café and personalized greeting card company, Café Emporos, uses the reach of social media giant TikTok to turn his project into a sudden small business success. After one of his short videos went viral, he was one of five entrepreneurs selected from 1,000 applicants for a nationwide TikTok campaign. On Friday, March 28, 2025, he posed for photos in his Goodyear home, where 13 TikTok workers spent 10 hours filming the campaign for his medium and dark roasted coffee packets in their personalized envelopes. He also collaborated with the Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute, Venture Devils and Peoria Forward to sustain the small business.
