Sabrina Mehari is a biochemistry major who stepped out of her area of study to write her Barrett undergraduate thesis on a complex piece of international law based on her own personal experience living in a refugee camp in the Tigray Region of Ethiopia after fleeing with her family from Eritrea. Following graduation, she’ll be focusing on her next challenge of getting into a choice medical school, where she plans to specialize in women’s health. She is photographed near the W.P.
