Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts Dean Steven Tepper speaks as nearly 100 people showed up for the unveiling of Hank Willis Thomas’ 10-foot tall sculpture “Opportunity (reflection)” Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at its new temporary site in front of the ASU Art Museum. The stainless-steel sculpture was commissioned by the NFL for Super Bowl LVII as a continuation of the organization’s commitment to amplifying diverse voices through artistic expression.
