Edson College of Nursing and Health Innovation clinical assistant Professor Lisa Jaurigue, left, leads Rylee Dickens, 10, and Freddie Castellanos, 10, in performing CPR at ASU Open Door on Saturday, January 27, 2024, on the West Valley campus in Phoenix. Rylee wants to learn the skill as she'll soon be babysitting. She wants to be a veterinarian, and Freddie wants to be a paleontologist. Around 1500 people came to get hands-on experiences with more than 50 events ranging from K-Pop dance lessons to learning about performing CPR and trying to outsmart a lie detector test.
