Rafael Encinas is the coordinator of Arizona Western College’s College Assistance Migrant Program. He was photographed on campus on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. CAMP is a federally funded program to meet the needs of students with migrant or seasonal farm-working backgrounds. It offers eligible scholars information on pre-college transitions and support services to help develop the skills necessary to succeed in their first year of higher education.
