TEMPE - August 15, 2020 - ASU Now - Move In - Families and new freshmen walk over the University Drive bridge during the University housing move in on Saturday, August 15, 2020. Nearly 1,300 out-of-town students joined more than 10,500 others in moving into the Tempe campus residence halls. Though the process is taking two weeks amid the pandemic, ASU University Housing is taking safety precautions and respecting social distancing a much as possible. Once moved in, new Sun Devils will have orientations and parties for their hall floors, schools and campuses, with some being virtual and others will have limited numbers on site.
