DownloadPHOENIX - Aug. 25, 2018 - ASU Now - State of Incarceration - Assistant Professor Leah Sarat installs the traveling exhibition, "States of Incarceration," on the second floor of the Burton Barr Central Library in Phoenix, on Saturday, Aug. 25, 2018. Sarat, along with nearly a dozen students, took part in a project looking at U.S. criminal justice system and the intense conflict on fixing it. The ASU team were part of more than 500 students from 20 U.S. universities and a French one, creating their own communities' incarceration history. Each group created a piece of the exhibit, which will be on display from Sept. 5 through Oct. 27. See statesofincarceration.org/mobile for more information. Photo by Charlie Leight/ASU Now
