SCOTTSDALE - Oct. 18, 2016 - ASU Now - 1951@SkySong - Upon entering ASU's new 1951@SkySong, the welcome desk establishes 1950s downtown Scottsdale aura. The first-floor room, with more than 7000 sq./ft. and featuring a 1950s motif, will open Wednesday, at SkySong, near Scottsdale and McDowell roads, and serve as a co-working area for start-up businesses. The neon signs, jukeboxes and large figurines are on loan from Valley real estate magnate Michael Pollack. The space is available to faculty and students and soon be open to the community.
