Department of the Interior Secretary Deb Haaland joined mayors, legislators and officials from throughout the Valley for updates on the tenth anniversary of the Urban Waters Federal Partnership. The Partnership is a collaboration of 15 federal agencies working with local communities to restore urban waterways and surrounding lands to boost recreational opportunities, help local economies, and protect the health of Americans. The federal agencies currently support 20 locations across the nation with financial and technical assistance to address community-driven priorities, emphasizing underserved communities.
