The spacecraft will be suspended from the second-floor ceiling above the lobby and have a nine-foot cube probe and aluminum frames representing the large solar panels. The craft’s 78-foot length is similar to a tennis court. A dozen ASU students helped build an interactive demonstration version of the probe designed to explore a metallic asteroid.
