A team from the Post-Conviction Clinic at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law - including supervising ASU Law School fellow Andi Humphreys, left, recent ASU Law graduate Samantha Rincon, and supervising legal clinic attorney Randy McDonald, right - challenged and successfully overturned a sentencing injustice for an Arizona prisoner. The College’s post-conviction clinic allows students to work with supervising attorneys in a specialized practice area that delves into fundamental and nuanced aspects of criminal law and criminal procedure.
