John Velotta, a retired Navy captain and engineer, works with Parker Jones, a fourth-year business law student, refine his new venture idea on Monday, August 30, 2021, in Brent Sebold’s FSE 301 and ENT 360 Entrepreneurship and Value Creation class in the Student Pavilion, on the Tempe campus. Jones is proposing a social club in Old Town Scottsdale featuring a roof-top pool with a dance floor and gym on the main floor.
