More than 80 Mexican governmental and university officials join their American equivalents to watch as the Honorable Ambassador of Mexico to the USA, Esteban Moctezuma Barragán joins President Michael Crow and Alfonso Durazo Montaño, Governor of the State of Sonora in signing a Memorandum of Understanding, Tuesday, November 22, 2022, in the Fulton Center on the Tempe campus.
