ASU Now - Bridging Success Blankets
DownloadTEMPE - Aug. 7, 2018 - ASU Now - Bridging Success Blankets - Healthcare compliance and regulation freshman Jesus Ledezma trims a strip of flannel as he and elementary ed freshman Maria Rubio make a blanket for foster children from donated material, Tuesday, August 7, 2018. The volunteers are part of Bridging Success Early Start, an ASU program for first-year students who were involved in foster programs. The blankets go to Helen's Hope Chest, a Mesa non-profit that provides support to foster children, so the young ones will have something soft, warm and cozy when they go into their placements.
