Amy Cable (middle), a senior graduating with dual degrees in film and geography, and her parents, Adele Cable and Jason Short, prep her graduation regalia outside Armstrong Hall before a photo and video shoot for the university. Amy’s parents travelled for over four weeks to get to Tempe for their daughter’s graduation. From just outside of London, the two had to quarantine outside of Europe for about three weeks and then one week inside the United States. After graduation, Amy plans to attend graduate school for film law in the United Kingdom.
“It’s like a dream come true. I’m so proud of her,” Adele Cable said.
The College celebrated around 4,000 graduates, the biggest graduating class at ASU in a specific school, by handing out swag bags, meeting leadership and providing plenty of photo opportunities Tuesday, May 4 at Armstrong Hall.
