Director of the Center for Resilient Families and Co-Director of the REACH Institute, psychology Foundation Professor Abigail Gewirtz speaks welcomes guests to the ASU REACH Institute’s Center for Resilient Families inaugural “The Power of Parenting: Supporting Children Through Crucial Transitions” conference on Friday, February 2, 2024, at SkySong in Scottsdale. The conference brought together academic professionals, military and civilian experts, and caregivers dedicated to understanding and addressing the challenges of transitions for children and families. It provided a platform for sharing insights and evidence-based practices to enable parents and professionals to support children's emotional and psychological needs during turbulent times.
