ASU Now - BME Games Pitch
DownloadTEMPE - Dec. 2, 2015 - ASU Now - BME Games Pitch - Faculty member Barbara Smith asks questions to biomedical engineering students (L-R) Matthew Gerveler, left, Essang Akpan, Swaroon Sridhar, and Meera Doshi, right, during their 5-minute sales pitch, on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015, about Omnipus, a board game they created, designed, manufactured and produced, as a project in the BME 382 Physical Prototyping class. The objective of making the games is to teach the students how to take a concept through prototyping. They learn the skills they would need to create a device, like a medial instrument, but it is packaged in a creative and fun way. Smith is part of the School of Biological and Health Systems Engineering, and is evaluating the students' projects. Photo by Charlie Leight/ASU Now
