The image is fully released; the model release is on file in Media Relations & Strategic Communications.

Team members prepare to give their presentations at the downtown Phoenix 850PBC, Wednesday, August 14, 2024. After the nine-day workshop, five groups presented their Arizona Solutions for Global Health during the ideation pitch competition. The medical, academic and engineering professionals identified different hospital-based problems and generated innovative solutions within the given constraints. The pitches ranged from fast, energy-packed healthy snacks for medical providers to augmented reality glasses for neurosurgeons. One of the workshop's goals is to create collaborative opportunities with Arizona State University and King's College London, allowing participants to advance their ideas in the UK and work toward building a venture with global impact.
