SCOTTSDALE - Dec. 1, 2017 - ASU Now - Demo Day - Keynote speaker Keith Ryu talks about leaving ASU and starting Fountain, a hiring automation platform, currently with $11 million in funding, at the awards ceremony for the Venture Devils Demo Day, as nearly 80 entrepreneurial teams presented their five-minute pitches before judges in hoped of gaining a part of the $250,000 prize money, at SkySong on Friday, Dec. 1, 2017. The groups featured ASU students and alumni as well as members of the community who wanted to be associated with the University. Monetary prizes were provided by FlashFood, Allstate Venture, Ashton Family Venture, eSeed Challenge + Accelerator, Pakis Social Venture and the Edson Student Entrepreneur Initiative.
